Customer Supplied Garment Waiver Custom Garment Waiver I understand that occasionally during the embroidery process, a garment can be damaged by the computer-driven sewing machine. If you supply the garment and there is a problem, we do not replace your item. Your damaged item will be returned to you. It is rare that an accident will occur, but if it does I will not hold Simply Personalised responsible in any monetary way. The customer’s garments are accepted on the strict understanding that Simply Personalised and its operators cannot accept any liability whatsoever, for any damage to customer supplied garments during the process of quilting. All garments are left entirely at the customer’s own risk.
